• Regarding Iran, Israel and US Conflicts

Since my return to my hometown, London, Kentucky, in 2001 following medical retirement from the Department of Veterans Affairs, I sought the honorable positions of United States House of Representatives, Kentucky’s 5th U.S. Congressional District, and the U.S. Senate multiple times, without success.

I only sought one two-year term, not to enrich my wealth or gain a legacy as I earned enough money to live good, with outstanding medical care, and my 35 year employment legacy satisfied my goal in life, but to return our country to our establishment form of government – a constitutional republic.

  • United States’ Nationalist Worker’s Party (USNWP)

As a U.S. citizen who swore an oath, multiple times, to defend the U.S. Constitution against domestic and foreign enemies of the United States over a period of thirty five years of employment and, to date, continues to defend said Constitution; it is imperative true citizens entertain establishing a new political party to represent those loyal to the U.S. Constitution; whereas, the “United States’ Nationalist Workers’ Party.”

  • Internet Free Speech

Over the past year, an agency called DNS have been censoring and editing my e-mail traffic overtly.  For example, they system informs the user when they enter your system, they provide text messages such as “This document is locked for editing by another user” and delete at times two thousand or more words you spent hours writing plus at the bottom of the screen a boxed in W appears.

I went to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Office in London, KY and spoke with an agent and he assured me the disruptions weren’t by our government.  I then went to the Windstream Office, Internet and Phone Provider which I made as Ass out of myself but later apologize and accepted plus send an e-mail to DNS without success.  The monitoring and editing continues.

The First Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees Free Speech, the Right to Worship or not and the Right to Assemble; therefore, we need a government that understands the dictates of the US Constitution and the Spirit of the Declaration of Independence.

  • Reimplement and Enforce Federal Government Oversight Regulations and Policies

As an American with thirty-five years international and domestic employment experience and witness to professional workplaces, competent employees, and corporations that have no state or federal government oversight; the time for correction is now.

Recently, flew to Las Vegas from Lexington’s Blue Grass Airport; however, the flight wasn’t direct nor was the en-route operational stop at the traditional hub airports at Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL but Charlotte, NC. The flight from Lexington to Charlotte was aboard American Airline’s Eagle contractor’s aircraft that didn’t meet Federal Aviation Administration for onboard luggage storage. Arrival at Charlotte, the Eagle aircraft had to taxi to an underdeveloped parking area without modern airport equipment and attendants to serve the disabled. The mile or more between the Eagle terminal and American Airlines main terminal was unacceptable for the handicapped and wheelchair assistance was almost non-available.

  • A Constitutional Republic and One People

The United States of America Is a Constitutional Republic, a nation governed by the people, for the people, of the people, managed by three branches of the Federal Government: Legislative, Executive and Judicial. The Legislative Branch consists of two chambers; the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. The members make the laws, assure oversight of the Executive Branch, approve/disapprove treaties, approve government spending, and have Impeachment powers. The Executive Branch Is the Administrator of Congressional Legislation and Policies and the Head of State.

The Judicial Branch assures compliance with the dictates of the United States Constitution. There are only two theocracy forms of government in the International community: Iran and the Vatican. The First Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees the freedom to worship or not. However, there is an understood Separation of Church and State that forbids the religious community from interfering with the Federal Branches of Government.

  • A Congress of Traitors

Wow!  What a strong subject and charge.

The founders of our great nation were correct in ordering the members of Congress to report to the national capitol the First Monday in December to accomplish the nation’s Congressional Legislation, ratify or deny any Treaties, etc., and any other duties requiring action by at the Congressional Session.

The duly elected, by the people, was the Administrator of Congressional Policies and Programs and the Nation’s Head of State, a 24/7 duty tasking.

Future Presidential Administration’s established Summer White House’s and remained away from our seat of government for extensive periods of time.  For example, cut and removed vegetation from his property, while receiving a federal sale.

  • The United States or Israel, Your Choice

August 31, 2016, while eating at Frisch’s restaurant, in London, KY, and, later at home, reading the Air Force Times Web Site, I learned of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s speech before an American Legion Membership Convention  addressing her support for members of the US Armed Forces.  Unfortunately, I knew her words were lies and as are all members of Congress, with the exception, maybe, of Senator Bernie Sanders.

No person can support the US Armed Forces and the United States of America plus unconditionally support the Socialist Nation of Israel; their actions will not wash.

  • For the Uninformed and Under-educated: Government Responsibilities in/for the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Prior to the ratification of the US Constitution, colonist’s leadership informed the British Crown the intent to become a sovereign nation, the United States of America, through the publication of the Declaration of Independence.

Unfortunately, the first Declaration of Independence served its purpose at the time; however, the political environment in our country, the United States of America, today is need of a new Declaration of Independence.  The people are no longer the government of the United States.

  • Disgusted American

History lesson:  The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic, a government of the people, by the people, for the people.

Moreover, we are not now nor ever a Christian or Judeo – Christian Nation.

From the many religious brainwashing sessions, the first seventeen years of my life, the statement, attributed to Jesus:  “Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s,” I would like to address before the November 9, 2016, National Election before the people elect the next President of the United States of America and numerous other public servants.
